★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusted with the experience I had at their shop. The salesgirl was sitting at the cash counter and she did not even know the basic calculation of 1648-600. We paid 600 by card and 1050 by cash and she was not able to do the calculation. We don't know what she was putting on the calculator for this simple math and when I told her politely to make it fast as it was crowded, she told me to sit at the counter, banged her hands, gave us our 1000 rupees back and said I'm not selling it to you. She forgot that we have paid 600 via card already and 50 additional.
This came as a surprise as this is a big showroom and we don't expect the customer service to be this bad. They did not even give us the bill for our purchase. Her senior who was sitting next to her was also not able to make this calculation and was confused.
Moral for the store: If you can't be patient with the customers and fast with calculations,then you should not be allowed to sit at the cash counter.Even a child of 14 years can do this calculation in their head.
