I visited in noon time. The enquiry encounter is very good, they listen to your queries carefully and reply every possible information to help you.
There are multiple routes (stands) where buses stop. NS (Non stop) and normal buses ply from here. You can ask at enquiry about timing and bus is non stop or normal. Also keep asking to many persons inside the stand about correctness of your bus and timjng for the same. Bus ticket is available at stand from where the bus starts. For non stop buses, it is better to book your seats early in advance.
My suggestion is to opt for non stop bus. It does not stop in between your route (except for toilet or emergency situation) and number of passengers are fixed, equal to number of available seats.
Drinking water is available in bus depot. Normal and cold water options are there. Also various food shops and available for having snacks and food.
You can buy packed food items from general shops.
Bus depot is on Dahod Main road. Reaching here is very easy. Shared autos and pulic buses are also available. I took shared auto from Madan mahal station to this place. I saw some of the available bus routes are from here to Damoh, Sagar, Katni etc.
