★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even want to give 1 star Worst experience with surgery room they don't even have ciprit to stop the blood got a surgery for my toe thumb but they were not able to stop the blood as they were using betadine cream & when i asked them to use ciprit the ward boy said what ever we will have we can use that only .

Infrastructure and availability of beds -
This hospital is one of the best hospital by Delhi govt at free of cost. In April 2021 I got severe COVID symptoms and lack of oxygen level in my body. At that time, no OXYGEN bed was available in any hospital. But, This hospital has provided me bed as well as oxygen support and saved my life. There, I was on oxygen support for more than 10 days.
You may see many bad reviews for this hospital but it's the fact that if I am alive today then because of this hospital only.
Staffs -
Medical doctors and all other staffs are well trained except their wardboys (compounders) and some of the junior doctors. Some of them were extremely rude and careless .
When you get shifted to ward then everything is fine but in the emergency ward, it's like nightmare for patients. I saw many people dieing in front of my eyes thus, got extreme fear about my chance of survival that whether I would survive or not. However, I managed to survive due to some of kind and careful doctors and nurses.
(I was youngest patient that was getting oxygen support of that hospital at that time).
Food -
Food quality and taste provided by hospital is very impressive.They will provide morning tea with bread for veg and egg for non veg at around 8 AM then Snacks at 11 AM , Lunch at 12.30 PM and the quality and taste is fine just like home made food.
Overall, This is an amazing hospital. I must say that very nice work has been done by Delhi govt towards hospitals. If any one has been admitted there then he/she must noticed .

Very unhygienic toilets and can't be used
Washrooms with no soaps ,liquid sanitizers for civilians!
