Delayed my pics then lost them..I needed them to gift it to my parents but the morons lost it and casually said nothing could happen now..they were so unapologetic and unsympathetic.. total mismanagement and disastrous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are pathetic worst people. They simply cheat costomers. Very rude behaviour... After photo shoot they Denys to give soft copies and apply conditions to increase the amount. Disgusting people who are experts in fighting with costomers to give more money because they knew that we have no option as they are having our important pics.
