★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They require purchase bill/invoice before generating job card. This will increase one extra visit to their service center. They should mention this requirement at the time of generating token.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went there for my mobile service
There is only issue is that the phone is not charging.
Then they were told me that just wait for 30 min we let you know
After 30 min they informed me that the phone is not come in the warranty because there is some watermark on it but know there is no any history regarding the water
Then after 50 min they make a bill about 5895 amount then they told me there is motherboard, sub board and charging pin is not working so I refused the service..
And then walk to the local store then repair it just only 100/- rupees not even take extra amount I aske them is there any motherboard issue they simply say your phone is completely fine but there is only issue with the charge pin which is cost just 100/- rupees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome and understandable staff, I repaired my POCO X2 device that having display problem, My device under warranty, Deep Enterprise team took my device without asking any questions and repair my device's display in 24 hours, Very fast and satisfactory service. My personal experience is awesome with Deep Enterprise, I visited other Mi Service centers for repairing My device but they refused to repair my device in warranty they demanding for repairing cost even my device is in under warranty.

Secondly, If you visit here please be ready to spend 2 hours , because they will have all kinds of issues all the time
Next , customer response is ok , but product replacement will give you lot of trouble ( wait time and other wise)
Finally, they just have processes customer satisfaction comes next
You will not get any assurance after the service
NoTe: don't go for MI products
