DEEP HYUNDAI is one of the authorized dealers of Hyundai Motor India Ltd., that provides 3-S services to its customers i.e. Sale of New cars, Service and Spares. It was among the first few dealers of HMIL established in 1998. Today it is an established dealership to reckon with automobile sector. It is with sincere hard work and determination displayed by our sale/service staff and other motivated team members that DEEP Hyundai is proud of. It has been able to achieve both retail and wholesale target month after month.It's registered office and showroom is at C-5, Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Phase – I, Delhi – 110083. Showroom has been rated "excellent", well illuminated, having display of Hyundai cars. Sale staff and visiting customers have distinct sitting and discussion tables. Various section such as Car Finance, Delivery, Insurance, Account, Direct Associates of Bank etc. have been placed on one floor for quick and coordinated service.

Sh. Pradeep Kumar, B.E. (Hons) Mech. Eng. Managing Director, DEEP Hyundai, having experience of over 27 years in automobiles has been the guiding force to sale, service and spare parts activities. He, being a qualified engineer, is a member of Technology Advisory Committee of HMIL, has visited over 30 countries. Tried to implant new equipment and techniques in auto repair.

Various awards and recognitions in automobiles sector speak of his competence. DEEP Hyundai hopes to achieve greater heights under his guidance in future. Sh. Pradeep Kumar also enjoys the privilege of test driving Hyundai cars at the development stage (prototypes) both in India and South Korea before their mass production and launch. He is member of National Dealer Technical Committee. DEEP Hyundai certifies used cars under Advantage brand. It help to increase the volume of new car sale through exchange offer. Hyundai Advantage offers assurance to customers for a fair evaluation of the used cars in terms of purchase and certification with one year warranty and two free services.DEEP Hyundai also undertaking Auto Insurance for new cars and renewal of insurance policies of pre-owned cars. In all over 5000 Hyundai cars are sold annually. For the last four years DEEP Hyundai has been the National Best Seller of Hyundai cars.

This is a great 1 from Hyundai. Its got great styling, interiors. The best part is the new gear placing style which frees a lot of space in the front and makes this car spacious. No other car in its class has such great styling and interiors. This one is a true beauty which gives good power with good fuel efficiency. Overall great value for money. Think 1000 times before choosing any other small car over this.

I came to your workshop Deep Hyundai ( T-5/1, MangolPuri Industrial Area Phase I, Phase 1, Pocket B, Industrial Area, Mangolpuri S Block, New Delhi, Delhi 110083 ) for servicing of my car but during servicing someone broke the front windshield glass and bumper rubber was also damaged. This was the first time I came to this workshop for servicing of my car and it was the worst experience for me. I can say the very pathetic service provided by the team. Worst technicians and worst staff. I had escalate this issue but no one bother to revert on my mail to address the issue. Reason to escalate the was their all staff is completely worst. My Advisor completely denied for the bumper rubber when on pics clicked on morning was completely good. I requested all customers not to go Deep Hyundai for Servicing of their car they can damage any part of your vehicle at any time.

I am sharing my worst experience with the Deep Hyundai Service center in Mangolpuri. me and my Santor car met with an accident and worked from outside but that mechanic was unable to do some work. So that's why I came to the Deep Hyundai Service Center Mangol Puri. I went to Deep Hyundai Service Center in Mangolpuri on 3 Feb 2022 for my Car (Santro 2011 December CNG model) due to some technical issue in my car. My car is running on petrol rather than CNG. When I reached reception they provided me with adviser Mr. Anand. Mr Anand inspected my car then he suggested that I need to change the auto sensor That cost Rs. 10713/- rest is fine and said your car will be ok. I agreed and changed the auto sensor. He suggested that you pick your car around 2 pm on 3 feb 2022. I said ok. After leaving my car around 4 pm he called me and asked me to your car required change Catholic converter (Dholki) Cost will be Rs. 25000 otherwise your call will not clear pollution and traffic police will punish for challan or your car will be in custody etc.. I was shocked. I denied and he said it's your wish sir then don't tell us we did not recommend. After payment i shown my car to another outside technical person he said not required any change Catholic converter (Dholki) its ok no need to change as well he clicked pic and made video that send to me for confirmation. Mr. Anand working here has no Experience or suggesting unacceptable ideas. and trying to make high bills from customer If I will go with his suggestion i will lost Rs. 25000/- Here another issue is also there in the Bodyshop Department. My car is under accidental claim and my Insurance company said to make your bill in name of HDFC because i never closed my claim still but they denied they can't make bill in the name of HDFC they can make bill only that name given on RC Mr. Rahul Clearly Denied he can't make any bill then i called to my car insurance company advisor Mr. Ashish (HDFC Claim department) he spoke to Body shop Billing person Mr. Rahul (Billing Section) used very rude language with Mr. Ashish (HDFC Claim department) then Ashish (HDFC Claim department) suggest how to create a bill. Question is : Why need a third person to guide you how to make a bill and what is the possibility of making a claim bill if he knows.. Mr. Rahul made bill after all drama Mr. Rahul and Mr. Parminder made all drama in that section Before leaving my car in service center Mr. Ashish (HDFC Claim department) give and suggestion to Mr. Parminder (Bodyshop) how to deal all things with this car it is under claim so some request from your service center (Deep Service Center Mangolpuri) but total denied he never talk to anything regarding all. Mr. Parminder is making a fool in front of customers. In the Body shop Department Mr. Rahul, Mr. Parminder singh and Mr. Anand (Advisor) making fools to customers. all are giving mantle and financial stress. So guys be careful from Deep Hyundai (Mangolpuri) Advisors

It was a comfortable and an amazing experience dealing with Deep team. The things went smoothly, transparently and up to the satisfaction. Well explained, well cared and well done. Keep it up. Have been getting my car serviced here from past 2 years. The services they provide are probably the best across any Hyundai Service center. The staff if very nice and GM himself comes to you to answer any concerns you have.

Please never ever get your car serviced from Deep Hyundai, they are the worst service providers. Not sure even if they change the oil and all they commit as the car doesn't seems to be even washed properly even after specifying it to advisor a number of time. They charge and doesn't provide the wheel alignment report and to one's surprise they have audacity to tell you that it's only provided on customer demands. Commits drycleaning as Free of cost but doesn't even wash the car. Not possible to rate below 1*, else would have rated -ve
