I never prefer the people choosing this to live here. Owner's manner is also not good.maintenance process is toooo slow.meals are also dirty or having no taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ chor ke bachche h sale they will never return your security amount i leave PG after completing 30 days notice and have told by Rahul sharma and Rakesh (Lichad owner) that they will return amount after one week now 2 month gone they blocked my no. there are bedbugs (khatmal) in beds of their PG and food is tatti I have never eaten a single bite from their food they are gross. Or pg wale kuchh bhi false accusation lagane se pehle soch lena review padhne walo k pas dimag h. Now i will definetly take legal action against you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rahul behaviour is good but Rakesh behaviour is not at all good. Not getting PG rent on time is not OK for him but returning security deposit late is OK for him and this really shows what kind of a disgusting person he is. One day my fan was not working in my PG room and they did not even repair or replace the fan. If they are serious in getting PG rent on time and the same way they should be serious in returning security deposit on time as well and they should have been serious in getting repaired my fan as well atleast in 24 hours but they did not do it and this shows the kind of people they are and they are only bothered about rent and nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Paying guest house in small budget. Food is bearable as the cost is very less. Nothing more could be expected. Have all major facilities.. Wifi.. Maid for cleaning.. Washing machine for washing clothes.. Overall, one can live here peacefully if your budget is low and you want all the facilities and benefits.
