★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deep travel is very bed. His driver is murdered last night he is accident in Maharashtra challis gao road. One two Wheeler person is accident his deep travel bus number GJ.AX.5000 orange color Ashok leyened bus. Bus staff behavior is very bed it's drinking daru drive the bus and it's driving is very bed this is insidenent is Tuesday 7th may 2019 night time. Please. Action the his deep travel bus driver and his staff and save for traveling pessanger future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked ticked from Nadiad to Ujjain, they forced us to change bus at indore, departure time was 11 pm, bus came at 1230, reached 3-4 hrs late.
Arrogant and rude answers given by deep travels
Very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a very unpleasant feeling, i would like to share that our bus is suffering from severe breakdown near Dharampur - Nr.Jay Jalaram Hotel. This is happening since past mid night..We were supposed to reach at 7:30-8:00 am at shirdi for which we had booked local car travel for shingnapur and trambak, which all went in vein now. Our entire schedule got disturbed badly and still we are on highway (screen shot encl. for ready reference). Had spoken to Bus operator team on call too and am strictly gonna claim for my entire compensation for all this is happening to me and my family sufferings...
We are sitting in non AC mode sweating like anything and our arrival of destination is also expected in the evening... seriously this was the worst and horrible experience of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a worst experience with Deep travels.
1. Bus staff behaviour was rude. Bus does not have any break for the first 12 hours and they also don't stop the bus for loo even for ladies. Even if you request them they argued on that.
2. Some of the passengers were smoking in the bus but staff does not care about it. It was an AC coach and some of the passengers were opening the emergency window repeatedly but bus staff does not have any control on them.
3. They turn off the AC repeatedly.
4. While booking the tickets online they mention vishala and paldi as their last dropping points but their actual last dropping point is Narol then why do they mention them. I had an argument with them on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviour, Ac, cleanness everything was awesome except one that when I reached at departure address given by resbus it's not even exist there and when I called on travels address number they told that they are not working with redBus with last 6 months and they also informed redbus to remove their information from redbus database, then I have called deep travellers and got bus driver number and have a word with him and that was the relaxing moment that atlast bus is coming. Though the bus was not punctual, but I received bus that's enough for me that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all bus comes half hour late and then reached location 4.5 hour late where no unavoidable situation was thier. Its because lack of papers and all. But bus is very good from insid, AC is working charging points also working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, they don't even have the courtesy to drop the passenger to the dropping point... Due to their internal dispute with zing service. I had travelled with my son alone and in between they stopped the bus and said we are not in a position to move the single mile ahead in order of their so called boss.... Bhatiya . ....
