★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agency has extremely poor service. Worst sales and after sales experience. This is on top of the fact that I purchased 10 units of BlueStar AC for my unit.
I am registering a formal complaint against them in Blue Star Corporate Service Centre as well as Consumer Court. They are that bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst shop in Aligarh to buy AC and other appliances. Owner has no respect for the customers and the employees are even worse. It is highly overpriced and it's better to buy things from Delhi or Noida and get it shipped to Aligarh. This will still be cheaper compared to the prices offered by Deepak cool home. No customer service and support!! BILKUL VAHIYAAD!

They send private people for installation of ac and after installation they charge 5000rs from me..they provide me poor stablizer also that didn't work and after complaining they said we will not change...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever.... complained for the servicing of AC but it’s been one month and AC is still not cooling... we are calling them again and again and they just give us excuses that this is not in our hands and bla bla bla and still they says that will send the technician tomorrow but there tomorrow is never going to come I guess.... would suggest everyone not to buy anything from this shop as you would have to face a lot of difficulty in the future after purchasing from them

Always speaks lie.
I have experienced it today in OGeneral A.C.
They have given me 2018 model in 2021 , with half accessories missing.And then refusing to return it .
Then by very heavy workout , I returned it and got my money back.
But this all wasted my 1 day .
They thefts accessories from the products so please check all the accessories during purchase and verify the genunity of the accessories because when I told them for returning my ac they offered me fake /duplicate accessories.
Please beware of it .and don't come in trap of authorised delar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom is very neat & clean like a mirror. Sufficient stock to cater the requirement of the customers. Visiting customers are dealt very fairely. Prices are very genuine. They have a very fair dealing I advanced Rs10k for purchase of an AC but due to my own personal circumstances, I failed to purchase the AC, they did not refused to refund the advance of Rs10k. Honest working
