★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a pair of polaroids from them less than a year ago, it was kept in a box in the cupboard for most part. The quality has heavily deteriorated. When my mom took the pair back to his store at chembur station, he was very rude and started passing derogatory marks like "jao jao tumne aag ke paas rakha hoga" he refused to engage in any further conversation and just waited for my mom to leave the store. The salesman however was polite. Ignore this store and choose one with better after sales service since this owner clearly can't SEE where he's lacking etiquette and just gives a cold shoulder to clients who have issues. I'm a retail brandstore owner myself and never have I seen such shoddy service.
