★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremendous place to buy pooja items! For a reason it’s called the A-Z of pooja items. I spent more than 2 hours at this place and what struck me was the way they treat their customers. Not a single customer is treated in an unfair way.
The staff and the owners of the store were warm, courteous and very helpful. The person who handled my requests was outstanding. Kumar is his name. Made things so much easier with his attitude and zeal towards his job.
Highly and definitely recommend for anyone looking for pooja items.
Top place and my go-to destination for anything pooja-related.
Final word on the customer-handling skills - lots of other shops, establishments and in general people per se can learn a lot from every member who work there, on how to deal with people and customers with a smile on their face!
