★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here's the real review unlike all the others:
1. They were unprofessional in taking the order in the first place. They made us wait for about 30-45mins while they were talking amongst themselves.
2. Upon taking the order, they took the measurements and assured that the trials would be ready within a week, which is fine. But it got delayed,which happens, but again minus points for the unprofessionalism.
3. The trials were way off and upon cross checking with the measurements they had registered, we found out even though the measurements were taken right, the tailoring job was way off. They asked for 2 more days for corrections.
4. After 2 days, I tried the suit and pant again. The pant was a little better this time, but the suit was still way off. Upon bringing up that point, they said it has been corrected. But then their main owner/main guy came and confirmed that they didn't work on the corrections at all on the suit. They asked one more day.
5. I got a call from them within a day saying that the corrections are ready and I can pick my order up. I went and tried it again and found the suit in the same condition
Upon pointing it out, they said everything had been corrected now and that's how it was supposed to be. I should be wearing it a little tighter anyway since I'm young. Refused to make any more corrections and hastily packed it and asked for the money. Almost kicking me out.
So if you like tailored suits, you can find a better place. Otherwise if you want off the shelf fittings for the tailoring prices,you will hit the jackpot here.
