Sweets are fresh one would never get bad product as customer demand is high and is a famous place for sweet shopping.
Gift items available for occasions such as festivals, b'day, etc...
Location is great just in mid of city.
Ramp facility for disabled not available.
Based in basement.
No lift.
Almost all.time crowded, but wouldn't take more than 15 mins for the order.
Although decision might take some time as lot of variety available.

Sweets, snacks, shakes, ice cream, namkeen, cookies, jalebi and many more.
They also provide you with customized boxes to make your gifts attractive
These boxes cost you around 150 bucks additional apart from sweets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service at this place. Staff have attitude god knows why … the establishment is running because of brand name but staff at dd puram surely wants the brand to brought down. Not at all customer oriented place or staff . If it would have been some bug franchise they would all be fired down.
I saw people getting their order first and payment later but for general public .. token is must first .. had to wait 30 mins for getting some sweets in which staff initially refused to take full order and want me to stand in line for payment again. If you can’t serve first come first serve what is point of token unless you want to bind people with their monies .
I am being told by two staff members here I should be patient .. i guess 30 mins ought to do unless establishment is making fresh sweets just for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice sweet shop in Bareilly! Clean and maintained. During the rush hour gets very crowded. We went during the normal hours. Before taking anything you need to buy token first from the counter. The jalebi was awesome. We asked him to prepare thin and crisp ones. Loved the taste. Other sweets are nice too.
