★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within 6 months of purchasing property, there are many issues like seepage, fixtures problems. At time of purchase 1yr warranty was committed but now no one is fulfilling it. Very unprofessional behaviour from the site supervisor, not helpful at all in fact rude behaviour. Few works left in the building are still unfinished and in no near future looks to be completed.
