★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Kindly confirm all the term and condition before booking like events , band, entry programme. They don't tell you about term and condition of doing events during booking. Be aware.

1 :- People were finding it very hard to sit in the wedding hall because the temperature of AC was too much below than normal temperature. Even after complaining this to management multiple times, it took them 45 minutes to resolve this issue. A lot of guest were leaving the hall because of this.
2:- The security guard was very rude with some of our guests and relatives.
3:- They don't allow you to get your own caterer. For extra plates they will charge you 700₹ per plate. Taking advantage of people is the worst way of doing business. We also caught the them hiding 9 plates at the end. After confronting one of the catering boys, they kept the plates back.
4:- After wedding got over, the DJ was playing worst songs you can imagine. After requesting him to change the song, he just refused to change the songs and kept playing the songs of his choice.

Pros:
1) Good for 300 to 400 people but Expensive.
2) Basic decorations is Good.
3) Illumination system is all over of the hall during night and Day.
4) Dining hall is spacious and systematic.
5) entrance is sidely of Main entrance of premises but ok
6) ambience is ok ok
Cons:
1)Very expensive, Height of hall is less ,you will get another Celebration Hall with negotiable and same or less price.
2) Fix rate , Not negotiable.
3) Food quality is very very bad. Very Low quality Material they used.
4) Dining time is very less up to 3.00pm
5) They never tell you regarding Events from our side only, all events from there side with Double price as per comparing market price.
6) Pyro charges in market Rs 800 per pair, but they charges Rs 1500/-
7) Fog Matka charges in market Rs 800 per Matka but they charges Double.
8) Entry band and pathak market price is Rs 5000 to Rs 6000 depend on memeber but they charges Rs 14000/-
9) Most Important, once you have booked hall, forget getting back money to you. Soch samjke Book kariyo...Ji
10) If you want to meet with owner, Owner never meet to you for any discussion.
11) Service Very Bad
12) Attention on Plates, Najar Hati durghatna Ghati.
13) Record there voice during Booking because they changes there statement.
14) People said of our area, Very Bad Reputation in Hudkeshwar area of this Hall, found out after booking.
Suggestions:
Go to Just Dail, Search Google visit some wedding sites, and see honest review of customers , dont go On star rating , Because mariage is memorial Day of Bride and Groom but they people spoil the memories of bride and groom of marriage by imposing heavy restrictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked the hall and stay for two days.
Residence service: Really bad service no drinking water was provided in the rooms. AC was not working in majority of the rooms. Water wasn't available half the time in bathrooms. The groom had to look for water to wash off his face.
Hall and hospitality: No service by the waiters in the hall. Starters which were marked in the menu wasn't served as per the booking. (For a hall of 250 people starter was received twice in a small bowl)
No water neither food was provided to bride and groom during the sangeet when they were seated near the stage.
Staff is absolutely rude and good for nothing.
Management is really poor.
If looking to book this marriage hall please avoid and don't go by the looks of the hall as it looks good but service super bad.
