Nearest metro station can be green park or hauz khas, then you have to take a auto to reach here. You can find many cafes, restaurants or lounges. Good vibes, place to chill and roam around.

Big Park with a lot of deer inside special area. Good place for kids to see a lot deer in the herd. The park could use some maintenance and improvement in some area, considering this park have big space for people to see live deer and peacock, space to do jogging or playing badminton and also for kids to play. Some inside drink/food stall also can make this park more lively and become a must visit place for a lot of people. Big parking space across the entry gate, just need to maintain dicipline for public transport not to standby and closing half of the road.

Perfect place for picnics. Bring sheet if you want to sit on the grass, and observe the beauty of nature, bring some snacks, balls to play with, cameras to capture some astonishing moments of nature. Lost a few times, but don't regret a single thing. Might jst go again and again hoping to find some new place everyday. To visit the lake go to the left side after entering through the main door, to see the rabbits go to the right side after entering through the main door. Drink water, Stay hydrated!!! Heat and thirst jst kills the fun.

A nice 2~3 hours can be spent well here. Located at Hauz Khas and close to Green Park. Best place for family. Has a few monuments inside, a circular lake, an encaged Deer and Rabbit habitat, kids play area and lots of plain ground if you wish to play football/cricket/badminton etc. You can even find ducks and swans freely roaming in the lake vicinity. Entry is free.

1.Parking: Ample parking space but they charge without any receipt for two hours I paid INR 100 and board say 20/hr. They say that everything is online so no receipt :). 2. But entry to entire park is free and park is too big. Excellent for a days picnic with forts, deer park, big lake with ducks, rabbit, peacocks. 3. Seating benches are limited but if you are in days picnic you do not need them. 4. Central Lake is big and walk around is awesome...but some poor upkeep is down side. 5. Great crowd from all the walks.

One of the best open parks in Delhi where you can come, relax, look at all the deer in an open enclosure, along with a whole lot of other fauna and flora too. It is extremely quiet and so peaceful inside the park. You cannot tell there's a bustling city just outside the premises. If you're in Delhi & want to go visit a really different and beautiful park in the heart of this city, do visit Deer Park.

Deer Park in Hauz Khas is a treat for photographers, has pretty sunsets, a variety of birds you can spot and (if you’re lucky) some glimpses of deer. Its pretty gardens and the Hauz Khas Lake are also worth mentioning. If you’re into photography, the sunset at Deer Park is definitely something you ought to capture on camera. The park is green and serene and is especially pleasant towards the end of the day – don’t go after dark though, it gets a lot less safe. Bear in mind, it’s also massive and can take close to two hours to explore entirely. If you go in the day, it’s got a lot of stuff to photograph, like the deers, different species of birds including peacocks, the rose garden, and of course, those sunsets we mentioned. If you’re looking for a fun, family picnic spot (in better weather), you’ve found your Mecca. The park is pretty well-maintained, and it’s nice to have a slice of nature in the middle of the concrete jungle. You can head over to the famous Hauz Khas lake to feed the ducks, or to the informal skating rink with your friends. If nothing else, just go with a book and sit in one the gazebos and enjoy a quiet read (again, save these plans for sweater weather). This Park is Perfect For Sunsets, Skating & Long Walks
