★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a fan of Deerika but today's experience at Deerika was terribly bad & awful. I think I will never be visiting again. We have been a regular purchaser n we mostly purchase in bulk. Thought looking at the history their staff will help. But none could extend any help. Btw, they have more staff as compared to customers on most of the time.
The issue was regarding the payment. We spent almost 2 hrs picking up stuff n then while billing they said sodexo is not working, even though I had asked before billing if I can pay by sodexo, to which they said YES. This happened last time too. Since I had to pay by sodexo, didn't have a choice but to leave the stuff there. Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is huge. You can get almost everything here. This place is bigger than major reliance and V Mart stores and got better bigger variety.
But, the mall is but shady and only houses this hypermarket and croma store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will rate it five star as they have great assortment of products ranging from electronics to apparels, decor to furniture, home care to personal care. Great ranges of food and fmcg items. Their groceries is simply amazing, pricing is good. Located in Mall 51 of Sector 51 Gurgaon. Its the only mall in 2 KM vicinity. For your monthly groceries needs, it will meet most of the requirements

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say something at sale and do something after sale.they denied the change the product under warranty.
Also they have charged higher amount then the mention on board and mention on barcode sticker. See attached photo.
It's happened 3-4 times with me when I reached at home and check price with invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deerika hypermart has a wide range of products starting from groceries, vegetables, home appliances, stationery items, travel items and much more. It's almost a one stop shop for all your daily needs. They also keep some offers as well that need to be checked on regular basis.
I recently went there to buy suit cases. They have a good collection just to inform. Thanks.
