There is no grievance redressal for employees and one is to made work till 8 pm in night by the ceo based on his whims and fancies. This sort of culture is perpetuated by senior most employees of this companies who think themselves as god. They treat a junior level employee very badly and does not tell on joining whether is onroll or offroll.
Very bad company not recommended for females.
