This temple was established in 1900, so it's one of the most important heritage site for all bengali people in dehradun. The nostalgic "Dhak - sound", " smell of dhuna", " Dhunuchi dance" and many core bengali cultural programs are organized during 4 days of Durga puja. So.. it's must visit place for all bengalis and non- bengalis too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple and small but most religious of Bengalis Durga Maa temple. It's in the cantt area in Dehradun.Road popularly known as Mall Road.Way from Bindal chowk and then Bindal pul and then right hand side just 200-300 yards and it's there on right side.In front is there Maa Durga ashta bhuji pratima.I with my family and neighbours were there on Ramnavmi puja evening.So blessed we all felt.

To be completely unknown of these place, I went there. U won't believe I was literally happy by seeing ma durga.
I gave pushpanjali, I really felt the inner peace that day. ❤?✌✌
