The owner of the shop Mr Atul Tyagi is a very helpful person. He makes you understand about each product available and helps you to find right value for your money. The shop also provides transport, Installation staff and replacements.

I got my 80 % house covered with their pvc wallpaper with a cost of around 20 to 30 k and they gave us the guarantee that in future if any part or sides of wallpaper will peel off they will fix it. But after 1-2 years when couple of sides got peeled off and I shared the photos with then they denied to fix it with various reasons i.e. work was not done according to them (when at the time of work there was no such discussion), share us the photo of fevicol and said "isse khud chipka lo" asking full labour charges to fix that small peeled off parts.
Moreover they're denying at their customers face that they don't have any services to offer to them. I haven't seen this level of disrespect to customers by any service provider in my life. They can say that they will not fullfill their commitments for whatsoever reason but disrespecting their customers to that level is intolerable.
I rarely write any review for any vendor and mostly avoid doing all this because I personally don't believe in negativity and writing negatively.
But there behaviour forced me to take out my precious time and give them a really check.
I'm totally dissatisfied with their services and don't recommend them to anyone.
