★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No water in Sector B Pocket 8 Flat 6163, for last 3 days( 7th Oct 2017 onwards). No supply form DJB, Logged complaint to Mr Jagish on phone (after dialing over 20 times) with complaint # 726 yesterday. But no use. No tanker was send. What a Diwali??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mannerless uneducated people's are there.. I visited there to complaint for my High bill charged by them but few staff working there started argument with me. They were pressurizing me and confusing me so I dont complain. They are really not doing for what they are appointed for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Example of a typical lethargic office. Staff seems uneducated and unprofessional. I went there to discuss my high water bill, they didn't pay any attention. When I insisted much, they started arguing illogically.I wonder how this office is functioning.
In addition, they take no precautions while filling the water tank of the truck. Plentiful liters of water gets wasted in every tanker filling. I saw how they fill. They don't stop the water after the filling of tank and this water runs continuously untill next tanker comes. Every time it happens.
They waste so much water despite of being from water organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at a very isolated place. Proper waiting area should be created for people and queue management should be improved.
They can utilise the space given to them and put more manpower to handle cases.
There is no notice board to put an update on ongoing issue or introducing any new guidelines.
Staff is good and cooperative. Adherence to the staff break timings should be there (to be maintained by upper management).
Token system should be introduced for appointment with management or any meeting.
