One of the documents was not provided in case of groom and bride being intercity. They don't have the latest guidelines of the documents.
Also, please have some professionalism and common sense. When you commit you will take 1-2 working days then don't take one week.

Experience:- Mailed them documents on Sunday Night Thursday afternoon I have my Certificate in mail (you get soft copy in Delhi). Very smooth process and professional people.
1. I didn't had to bother with anything they did the heavy lifting of making the file. Legal files you know are full of clauses so its better to let professionals handle it.
2. The file was good and properly organised
3. They booked the appointment
Yes they do not go to SDM office with you but remember If your file is complete then there is no need. It is a very normal process and you don,t need a Lawyer on spot.
I will say these people are professional and know their job. Would recommend
