★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide home service and most of the medicines are available. So good for urgent needs.
For regular needs, I wouldn't suggest it as you can get more discount on online. Also the staff is not very customer friendly and they don't exchange or return if they give you close to expiry date medicines by any chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The authorized people at the medical store are refusing to accept credit card payment in times of covid 19 crisis .. banks are not allowing for cash withdrawals and medical store like Delhi Medicios are asking for cash payments this is highly ridiculous !! These guys should be filtered from this kirti nagar area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell fake Chinese products and medicines. Hot water bottle blasted in 2 days. It could be so detrimental to health. They refused to accept return or even show any sympathy. Poor business sense. Stay away.

But today they duped me by sending a near to expiry product which was manufactured in Dec 19 and is expiring in Nov21.When I told them to return my money , they straightway said no.I have been their loyal customer from so many years but didn't expect this behaviour from them.Do check the expiry date before purchasing from them.You can be cheated.

I bought a equivonix thermometer.
I am a Covid patient ordering all my medicines from them.
The thermometer isn’t working and he tells me call customer care and that he won’t change. Remember I am a Covid patient…
This was my last order from this medicos. Period.
