There are around 9000 students in Nacharam branch Hyderabad. The Delhi Public School Society is the administrative authority for all the institutions under its banner. Some of the schools are also affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in New Delhi.All the schools of the society are affiliated to CBSE except for DPS New Town, Kolkata, DPS Mega City, Kolkata and DPS International at Singapore which are affiliated to ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education), and DPS International, Saket, New Delhi and DPS International Singapore which are affiliated to IGCSE.Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram courted controversy when a pornographic MMS video involving two of its class XI students went viral in 2004.The two students involved were expelled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say that this is not the best school of the area as many people are saying;
Because I have studied here for 3-4 years and I am telling you from my experience
The teachers were very partial towards some students as I was a mediocre student ; the teachers didn't pay any attention to me
Teachers only used to select those students in the annual competitions who were already good
They didn't take anyone else and didn't take pain to improve others which is their job
I am penning down the things which I have faced and don't want others to face similar
I wish I had not taken admission in this school ;my parents would have saved their money because their standard is same as any local school has; nothing is special in this school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charge a whole lot of fees and the infrastructure that they provide is worst in the state.
They have Tin shades on top floor Under which students attend classes!!! Think about the agony in summers !!!
I mean forget about having ACs and other amenities ..they don’t even have a pukka roof on top to show for the enormous fee they charge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to tell my experience from last 4 years i think this school is ok ok some teachers here are very good on the other hand some are worst.Sports teachers are good but they take only those students whom they know and don't give chance to new students and the cricket coach gives special attention to the students of his academy so,this school is good but not the best

even govt school is better now from DPS. I quit my child from DPS due to poor management & teacher. Every time asking for increase-2 fees. only business & earning profit , no education in this school now.
