★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after pandemic, there is no sufficient cleanliness and attention from railway department. I wonder if they are still sleeping and enjoying their air conditioning in offices. This is really disturbing to see ruckus everywhere. No protocols are being followed. The Government should reflect upon the requirement of the current times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the trains are late. Cleanliness is better than earlier situation but need improvement like other stations. Rail wire WiFi facility is there and that's good. Water point by Indian railway is a good facility extended here it's in platform no. 2 and 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to increment in security so.many passengers travelled here without ticket if Railway board try to raid here on peak time so many passengers would be fined, around the station smokers and gamblers find easily and more think that from shamli and towards shri passengers do not care there life all peoples travelling on roof of biggies and engine without any fear RPF should have taken some strict action on this regard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the famous railway station of delhi which connects delhi to the western up parts specially the shamili belt. Crowded a bit. Plus point is metro station is just outside the exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This station is the node for the west up. If you wanna go haridwar, sharanpur, punjab amabala, Dehradun, and towards jammu &kashmir then take the train from this station.
This station is so large and hygiene .one of the most advantage of this station is that few meter far away metro station is available. You will also take the advantage of delhi metro station .if you wanna go in Delhi at any place then take metro and enjoy your destiny .

Clean and well maintained.
Well this station is connected with Metro.
All corona protocol are being followed.
Maintenance needed.
Cleanliness should be more and more
If you visit platforms they are not clean enough as New.
