★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice experience of delivery. Com never seen such a bad courier company , you can't get the packet on time.they took 20 days min.n you can't connect them.
Seriously fed up with this ..never recommend anyone..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD company they lost my parcel.
They dont have idea and experience of handling the parcel for delivery.
All they do is losses your parcel and ask for time and then after that they again ask for time.
Poor customer care service they are blank about the status of the parcel.
Never choose this fraud/cheating/careless company for delivery.
They are not capable of delivery just do fraud and breach of trust with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. They have been postponing my delivery for more than 4 days now after the expected time of delivery. No intimation of the change. No phone number to contact. The tracking details are always wrong on their website and whatsapp. Also the pickup of the delivery seems to have happened after more than a week of the estimated pickup. Mine is an expensive, fragile order. Worried like hell with their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delhivery is a pathetic service provider. I had to send a parcel and had opted for their home pick up service. I made all the payments. Before handing it over i wanted to make slight changes in name and contact details.
I kept writing them mails over and over. There was 0 response from their end. Finally I handed over the parcel to the pick up guy. And the next day that same parcel was being delivered to me instead of at the shipping address.
And now I am sitting helplessly not able to get a response or contact their customer service.
Their Customer service no. sucks altogether. There is no human on the other end to register the complaint. They just play their recorded script .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was tracking my shipment on the website and it shows out for delivery since 9AM. At 6PM in the evening, I get a call informing that they don't have transportation available and if I can come and pick up the shipment myself. Pathetic.
I then asked them to arrange transport and deliver it next day.
The status update on the website was: Customer not available!?
This is an insult to the customer. What are you even trying to achieve with this?
At-least acknowledge your lapse and take ownership!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delhivery is cluless about the services being provided. The company doesn't have any information regarding the whereabouts of parcels and delivery agents delivering them. They simply say we don't have any information regarding your parcel. They don't even know which agent is delivering in which area/sector. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst delivery service. They give you option for home pickup of your shipment but nobody comes.. For three days I'm getting notifications that my shipment could not be picked up but God knows why. There's no way to contact them. No response on mails.
