★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your order is arriving through this 'courier' service more often than not you will get a severe headache talking to their representatives, and you will have to make the call yourself. They always expect you to pick up your own order from their office which they will eventually make you do no matter how much you make them realize that it's their job to 'deliver'. Should be shut down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be an option of negative rating. I've never had such a pathetic experience with any other courier service. The delivery agent was really ill mannered. I was supposed to receive a package which was really heavy (12kg approx) . The day it was supposed to arrive,the delivery agent called and asked to come down to the main road and collect it , which is quite a distance from my house. When I asked him to come at least half way, he said that the vehicle is too big and won't be able to come up.
And when I reached there he was nowhere to be found. Made me waste 40 mins . When I called him,he said he's on the way, he'll reach in 5 mins. But came after half an hour. Absolutely disgusting seriously. They don't know how to behave with the customers. I'm surprised how they're still functioning. It should be shut down immediately. The worst, horrible, terrible and utmost disgusting courier service. Rubbish .
