★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They want to run a shipping business without leaving a number to connect for help or delay in pickup. Their pickup times are delayed and they do not bother to call and confirm the time. The pickup window is too wide. All I have to do is just wait to be dead and if they feel good about it someone will come next day for pickup.

Very sad to tell you that my courier not yet delivered. Today is 7th April. Still it is pending in Hyderabad. I humbly request you to deliver my parcel as early as possible. Regards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Always delay. No customer care service neither respond email. In first day 200km covers in less than 24 hours now takes rest .In second day it takes 16 hours to cover 100 km again takes rest for 12 hrs.After that when package arrives near to you around 50 km after that it takes 72hrs or more to cover this . Medicines delivery must be given priority in the comparison of others but you always put all things in the same pan. Always send a message that your package is slightly delayed due to high order volumes.We regret the inconvenience caused.What will do with this inconvenience caused one thing i can do with that i can fry it in ghee and serve hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. One of my Amazon pickup has been delayed by 48 hours because the pick up agent from this company lied about my availability at home. He came to my house and told me that package is bigger to carry on bike and he will come back later in the day. But he reported that no one was available at home and that's why my pick up got delayed by 48 hours as per my discussion with Amazon customer care. Really poor experience.

The numbers of delivery agents are never given for communication. The customer care numbers do not function neither do the executives respond to client's emails. This company should be banned. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst courier service i have ever seen. They don't show delivery agent number because of their company policy and their delivery agents will never come to deliver the product. 2 times I have recieved call and it rang only for 1 second, giving you no time to pick the call. If you don't pick the call in 2 seconds they start showing that delivery was attempted but you were not present at your location to pick. There is absolutely no number to contact them and after 2-3 such fake attempts your product will be returning back. Fraud service.
