1) Did not deliver package on time
2) did not send advanced delivery message
3) although they do not contact with me, but they shows that customer refuses the packages
4) it seemed by their language and behaviour that they are totally illiterate people. I was politely talking with them but they were disconnect the line continuously. My 18,2427/- parcel returned to seller just because of delhivery. They don't think to inform me before returning my packages....
I would highly recommended not to take this delhivery service.... Most stupid, nonsense, rascal , delhivery boy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the one of the courier service which harass most. Earlier I had parcel from Amazon, though was in different place, but I had to call Amazon several times. Now here I had parcel from Flipkart. Without calling me they raised an issue that they were unable to reach me. Then I had to came here to pick up my parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier at present. One of my parcels containing medicine was stuck here for 6 days. After continuous fake reasons from the courier saying natural disaster for delay when I myself went to their Contai facility to collect the parcel they simply denied me. Once I thought of moving to the consumer forum, but dropped the idea considering the valuable time of mine it would take.
