If Pickup not happening, sender is responsible. If Delivery is not in time, sender is responsible. They don't have any responsibility of their parcel.

2 days ago and i didn't received any updates yet sop i thought i must check update from tracking number when i checked i got to know that my order is already deleverd but i didn't received anything yet worst service ever atleast they have to give the delevry boy phone soo we can call him and ask for our parcel but they dont even though they aren't replying my email and they dont even have a call center what the hell should is do now bcz that was not COD i have paid that

If number is not updated, how is it that I have also receive delivery OTP on my number?? AWB 3731712834090. Its a Prepaid courier!!
