★ ★ ★ ★ ★ None of the employees are responsible and give lame excuses for not delivering order on time. got a call 3 days back that they have some issue with the vehicle so they'll be delivering my parcel the next day but it has been 3 days now and I haven't received my parcel or any updates from them. In fact there is no response form the customer care no. When checked the status it shows returning. How can they put my order in return status without even trying to deliver it to me . Horrible

Very unprofessional and pathetic.
Day before yesterday I got a call to take my order from another town that's because of a misunderstanding of the address from the courier's end.
After follow up with the delivery boy I tried my best to make him clear about the address once again that's in the town just about 3 - 4 km from their facility.
The delivery wasn't done after that and now it's showing in the system that "Order refused or cancelled by the consignee".
I've seen in the comments here that it's not just happened in my case only but it's their modus operandi.
I don't understand how such irresponsible services are still running and the company is not paying attention to the customers too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the worst courier service in India. Still I wonder why some good brands use it's service. They keep parcel for few days at their warehouse before they deliver. No answerable contact number. THE WORST SERVICE !!!
