★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went there to inquire about my package because I wanted an early pick-up. The staff was very helpful and explained me the process and also informed me that my package will be received by Fatima Nagar office and not here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not handle the couriers and parcels well. Even boxes with fragile marks are thrown on the floor. When i asked them to handle the packages properly, they laughed without any shame, threw my package on the floor and gave examples of other courier services not handling the packages right.... Later on, they also blamed the seller for not packaging the parcel securely.... The delivery agent was arrogant and i had to collect my package from the hub. I'm not happy with their service...
