★ ★ ★ ★ ★ even though they are prompt with their response like answering to calls, yet their service is extremely poor. My package reached 3 days before delivery date and I had requested them to make an earlier delivery but they didn't instead asked me to collect it from their main office which is approx 35km from my place. Also my package was delivered with packaging damaged and product missing.
This guys seriously need to improve their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery survice till date. Then even don't have a proper time to deliver they harase customers like no where. Staffs services and behavior are very bad. "You can't complain anywhere" - like seriously,this are their accent of talking and threatening. Have no proper phone number and address in their profile and google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not a courier office in the strict sense, it is a collection and delivery hub. There is no dedicated office staff to accept your package or parcel and give you a receipt promptly. I had to hand over my package and the payment amount, and was told that I'll get the awb and receipt details over whatsapp!!!
The location is 100 meters away from the road.
