★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where is my parcel AWB (19041209007476). Tracking shows my parcel is in city for last 6 days and nobody bothered to delivered it. Worst Delivery sevice. No customer care. Noway to contact you. I received sms msg that it will be delivered today. But your people changing status ur own. Now its showing different status. When will i get my parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Govt institutions like indian post are blamed for late delivery but this is probably the worst courier service I have ever experienced.
Indian Post does it better. The only condition is that you need to pack your item very very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service! They always put hold at dankuni and didn't find destination. They don't even deserve any star. After sending email to customer support, you won't get any reply from their end. It is only your mental peace to send emails. You find no ways to contact them ( no phone number of delivery agent or the office available). You only track online the shipment but you don't receive any sms or calls from their end.

I pray people send me packages in India post and not on Delhivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Business owners - choose Delhivery only if you want to pull down customer happiness and want to lose your hard earned customers.
Customers - please be cautious when you see Delhivery as the courier partner of your purchase.
My experience was so bad that I wrote an email to the entire top brass of the so called 'management' of Delhivery who go around giving interviews and making tall claims. Till now, I have not received any reply. It's been 10 days since.
This is probably the worst courier service in India. Luckily for them, Google doesn't have negative stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel was stuck in the Dankuni facility for about a week, had to drive all the way there to get it myself. Used Google maps to get the route. Btw there are two different store houses on both sides of the highway.
