★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently Delhivery India P Ltd representative had come to deliver a parcel. But I had not received the OTP. Since he had come earlier also, he delivered the parcel. He added that I would receive the OTP shortly and requested me to share the OTP when he would later ask me on mobile. Now this shows sincerity of the man on field to help the customer without violating company's instructions to insist for OTP. Yes, Keep it Up!???????

Many times they put fake status mentioning delivery failed as the owner was not at home, at delivery address bigger vehicle not allowed and many more lame excuses for late delivery. Lodged multiple complaints on their website but still they are the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June 26, 2021 I have contacted to Delhivery B2B partner for shifting of 325 watt 16 No’s. Solar panel from Ranchi to Bhadohi. My father is Sarpanch (Bhadohi, UP) since last 20 yrs and actively involved in social & welfare activities and helping to farmers.
I have trust that Delhivery is trusted organization so I planned to shift panel through Delhivery. Delhivery B2B Ranchi Partner suggested that you are sending this panel for Farmers so there is no need of Invoices I will dispatch the same for domestic uses. (however I had invoice copy where Price of 18 No’s panel Rs. 2,63,250+ GST)
As per suggestion of B2B partner material was packed with proper packing materials even fragile striker pasted, shipment moved from Ranchi to Bhadohi via Kanpur. During movement all panels thrown in such a way not even single panel could found safe. All panels got broken and fully damaged.
I was waiting for panel delivery after one week I contacted to B2B partner when he did enquiries then get to know that panel is broken, apparently our Ops team tried his level best to deliver broken panel at my home, so that they can show that they have delivered panel in good condition. I didn’t received broken panels.
Sir, being a customer of Delhivery, I would like to request to please help in getting 18 Nos. Panels as same was for Poor Farmers and they will use the same for irrigation facilities.
Sir, your help is urgently needed in social cause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude, arrogant & mannerless delivery boy. Came to deliver a small fragile product. The package wasn't all that good. So I told him, Can I open the small box to check for any damage? He started arguing with me & rudely said NO, you can't open it as he does not want to be responsible or liable for any damage!
I said fine OK then give it to me As is. He said NO, now I won't give it to you because you didn't take it before. He had lot of attitude & ego & was taking everything personally. He walked away rudely without delivering the package, even though I was willing to accept it.
Later on he lied & changed the delivery status to save himself. Fraud company with one of the worst customer service & rude, arrogant & criminal staff.
They don't even have a CS phone number or email where you can lodge a complaint. So NO one helps you, if you want to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer care number does not work. If you try online query you keep waiting for the OTP for the stipulated time but never receive it. Unlike Amazon & Myntra, contact number of delivery agent is not shared. I've been waiting for my parcel for a week now and the tracking ID given just keeps rescheduling it every evening. Harrowing experience.
