★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish this courier shop get closed, license should be cancelled, the concern person is not receiving call neither giving contact or address of receiver's area.
I was standing there for 2 hrs and he didn't come, his sister was handling the counter and she didn't answered because she was not there when i booked the courier, it deserves rating in -10, i have never seen this kind of worst service. The guy promised to deliver with in 2 days but its been 4 days now. I request delhivery to cancel their franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Message is showing "out for delivery" and "arriving today" since 9:30 in the morning but it's not been delivered even when it's going to about 8 in the evening. Very fast service??. No response on given contact number. There will be so many people like me who will be requiring their courier urgently but this courier hub doesn't even respond. As concluded by other comments too, it's very clear that this hub doesn't care for customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Ever in Life I Had Faced i Given my courier for booking to bihar and it's showing delivered and my family yet not recived they told me you will get otp etc. nothing I got and without OTP they showing delivered worst service ever I'll never prefer my 4000 worth items i loosed food item and clothes

My parcel was to get delivered today and I got an SMS that it got delivered on the same address but it did not came to me.i contacted on the number so they say me that we do not know anything about this and you need to contact on email there is no any direct contact number. I lost my money and also time.
I urge everyone that never in your life use this courier service . It's totally worst
