★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was eagerly awaiting my package when I got a message that you have cancelled your package. Confused and flabbergasted, I searched for their customer care numbers but didn't find any. Searched for their office address and went to their office for my package, they told me it must be with the head office near canara bank. Went there and received my package. someone from staff cancelled it without even contacting me or visiting my house. Pathetic service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor delivery system. If by mistake the OTP gets mismatched, there is no option of entering the otp again. And once the OTP is mismatched you have to wait for your parcel for atleast 10 days!!!
