This is the reason of anyone’s frustration and panic when on website tracking page, you fine status getting updated like ‘address closed’ while there was no delivery attempt or contact from their side. They keep your parcel for 5-7 day and then deliver, there is no customer care for complaints.

There is no proper system being followed at the centre and goods are being handled very badly. I would request the senior management to look into the Udaipur warehouse and staff. It is creating serious doubt on the credibility of the brand.
