★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they dont even deserve a single star.They say that they will deliver the parcel in a day from mumbai to pune(attaching ss) but belive me they don't.
they will delay your delivery and give lame excuses.
Guys!! when you commit to some thing on your web page stick to it.
I booked a pickup may 23 and was picked up by 25.According to what they say i must get my parcel by 26th but look,even after 72 hours they did not deliver the parcel.
@delhivery @help_delhivery are there twitter handles and unresponsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not received any notification text sms regarding my courier as well calls, and they directly updated address is not correct. Atleast update your correct courier office address then we can come there and collect our parcel. even i took contact detials from just dial but all contact numbers are switch off its not trustfull courier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish that I could give 0 stars for their service. There were multiple issues throughout:
1. I got a message saying that the package was out for delivery on the 18th of April. Without receiving any calls or updates, their delivery agent updated that "consignee not available"
2. Next day, 19th April, same thing happened, and when I tried to raise a query, I was surprised to find out that they do not have an actual customer care set up. The number that I found online was not working. They only provide option to raise a query via email, and I have not received any reply for any of my queries yet
3. Today morning, received the same update that my package was out for delivery, but I received no further details. After waiting till evening and raising a query AGAIN, finally 30 mins ago I received my package
4. It took me 3 days, endless times checking for the tracking status, raising queries and raising concern with the vendor to receive 1 package. I will avoid using services provided by Delhivery go forward
