★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never try to contact and make fake delivery attempts and call customers to pick-up from their warehouse. They sometimes even cancel and return the orders without even contacting the customer.
I have picked my parcel today from the warehouse since I was aware of the fact that the guys would never deliver on time. Also when I asked for it they said it has reached maximum delivery attempts and was to be returned today but in contrary I didn't get any call regarding the delivery attempts.
Careless, unorganised, mismanagement, rude behaviour .. these are the top qualities of your service I guess...
