★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting.My package remains rigid in kolkata for 4 days ( whose destination is Howrah which is a same day distance ) & expected delivery date kept on changing continuously and now 20 days had passed still my package is not get delivered .No response from the delhivery site ( except this message" due to some reasons your order might get delayed ") very very pathetic and worst experience.Very poor .Not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed within a very obscure location near Salap, one really can have hard time to locate them. Staffs are cordial. But the service itself is such a mess. My parcel was coming from Delhi. It took more than 12 days to Salap, the designed distribution center. In the mean time the parcel kept moving between Dankuni and Uluberia. After watching it stranded in Salap for 2 days, I decided to collect it myself. Thus I went there, almost 10 km from my residence and collected the same. Handling was bad, they probably used hook and my sleeping bag inside the parcel got damaged by that. So, next time I will definitely avoid this courier.
