The only deliver on time and keep the package in waiting deliberately. On delivery date, the mark bogus updates. This is not a one time thing but they have been doing it for a long time.
The person who runs the local office is one of the lowest human being ever to exist. Waste of oxygen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service, they will not call you neither for delivery nor for pickup and at the end of the day they will cancel your order and mark it as cancelled by you. And then you don't have any of there contact no. Neither they respond you on the mail. Don't use this courier service it's the worst one ever.
