And waiting for your customer service callback which was promised within 24hours since last 10 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My product is stuck in this hub since 28th ... Actually it's RTO. I don't know where's my parcel.. No any update from delhivery. And this hub is only 10 km from return address but they are not sending it. I don't know why... Don't ship with delhivery .. I suggest you to ship with any other company.... And delhivery has no contact number.... But if you register with it you'll get a call from delhivery customer service.. But if you deal customer care number.. It said we're not available that time.. Worst worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company used there services to deliver my goods from other vendor to me and delivery agent called me for delivery and due to heavy rain he is not able to stay at my delivery location and it's well understood about the situation.
He committed for next day delivery and since 8 of September till today 23 September the delivery day not come and agent not answering the call on the number from which I got call from his side... amazed, I got pod too today from customer service end , still shipment not in my hand. What a cool service hats off to delhivery service.
