★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on public feedback and reting we have fixed one Baby Welcome Function on dated 20.03.2022 lunch in their Benquet.
Below are my fare review, may help society.
1. Starter not served, during booking they offered starter service, I request for serve starter 2-3 times but they started to denied starter are not part of service. Everywhere benquet starter is a part of service.
2. In 160 people function, for soft drink only one guy serving, so not reachable at all guest timely, I requested for add man to fast serve but they do not have extra guy.
3. Due to all pressure on one service guy their started shouting on guest, very bad behavior of reception person, benquet manager, service guy.
4. We ordered 160plates and selected Platinum Menu but food all items quantity goes over at around 125 plates, after that guest wait long in que (~30minutes) till they manage next food.
5. Few guest was dropped their dishes due to long wait.
Overall food service is very bad from Delicacy Restaurant.
Next time our family will for lunch and dinner at restaurant but we do not plan any family function in their benquet.

We found Delicacy to be very professional in their conduct, firstly.
They excelled our expectations on 3 major points:
1. Food : Most important aspect of any event/function is food, and Delicacy delivered us an upto the mark food in both quality and taste. Our guests seemed to have liked it.
2. Ambience: We held out function at their banquets and it was quite spacious and had decent interiors that were good enough for a close group function. Plus they had all the required accessories and equipments (microphone, changing room etc).
3. Service: Their staff is pretty professional and upto the mark.
The only draw back is parking space and the fact that lift/elevator was ok as a part of the infrastructure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On ordering 3 types of main course: baby corn butter masala, mix veg & veg kolha puri, we realised that the gravy of all three curries taste same and even the colour was also same. Roti and naan were fine.
AC cooling was less near our table. Seating and Ambience were fine.

I called Mr. Azim to book a Delicacy Banquet for my function,
He informed us that please come to our restaurant and have dinner and after testing you will be able to decide. But when we went to the delicious restaurant there, they told us to wait 20 minutes, after waiting of 20 minutes The manager came and gave the basic details of the menu and hall, then he brought the food and finally when we started testing the food and after the meal he charged Rs. 611/-. They are charging us Rs. 611 / - just for the sake of food testing. Please do not go there and don't give any function's order, it will ruin your work.
