They ask for money before providing their services, and if you are unhappy they don't help, you keep following up with no response...very poorly managed, untrained staff, give them your beloved car at your own risk... Infact they are so devious that they will send their mechanics to damage your car further so that you would invariably send the car to their workshop.... They are a FRAUD.....! BEWARE...

I want to complain maruti about thier service but dont know how to do that though i will figure it out. I am suppose to pay 4 thousand for service but i paid 48000. They have broken my central lock and denied to fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. In starting they said service charge for WagonR is around 2500 including oil and spare parts. But after the service bill was 5236 and all part was not genuine. Really very bad experience.

I AM a sufferer of DMP, Delight is only in their name.
They don't care of customer and their cars. Request to my bros do not go their and waste your time and vehicle. They use to give a call with attractive offers mostly service in Rs- 2500/= + any one thing either rubbing or dry cleaning is free, in actual they charge more than 6000+ and neither do dry cleaning nor the rubbing in package. In complaining they said it is pending we'll call you and arrange the pickup and then do it by tomorrow. Having this bad experience i asked the feedback register from their reception, earlier nobody was agreed to show me register after asking so many time they brought the register there I mentioned my negative exp in the remarks but still after one 20 days no response for that. I am suspected is there any senior authority is available at their workshop or only depends on God.
Here too more words to write but what would i get but Finally requesting to all of you readers DO NOT USE THE DELIGHT, to be DELIGHT.

. your car further so that you would invariably send the car to their workshop.... First they ask you to buy there washing coupons and now they are not accepting this they are a FRAUD.....! BEWARE.
