They have no proper manners to talk with customers as well as ladies, Here no sufficient technical staff And also Unskilled staff to give proper solution and worst behaviour of all members..
Pls do not buy from here.
I bought my vehicle last April 2021 and i have visited their service center up to 70 to 80 times during last 6 months. but not gave proper solution and not to gave proper answer...

After a period of almost 6 month, my Ridge Plus is back on road. I received my battery in good condition in the first week of march. DELITE OKINAWA put enormous effort to get back my battery in good condition as per my claim. I have tested this on Ahmedabad road and is providing a Sports Mode range of 70 km(appx) in one charge. This range is satisfactory as per modified specification from OKINAWA Scooters.
I am improvising DELITE OKINAWA star rating to 5 Star and this rating is purely for the effort given by Mr. Jay Patel (owner-Delite OKINAWA) for fighting with the OKINAWA SCOOTERS (manufacturer) for satisfying his customer. His service was disrupted for a while in past but now he is in full swing to support his customer. I expect his service toward his customer will continue in future and each customer will be benefitted.

Delite Okinawa gave me such a miserable and horrifying experience that they don't deserve anything better than a negative star rating!
They lure customers with rosy pre-sale marketing jargons but my ordeals with their post sales service is absolutely horrible!!
I was the FIRST PROUD BUYER of Ridge Plus with lithium ion scooter in AHMEDABAD in 2018. But my happiness was short lived after I started using the product. Real colors came out very soon!! It never met the range and speed specifications. I understood that I was befooled by the company.
In the month of September 2021, I asked for battery replacement because of very poor range(only 40 km/charge). My battery was taken by this vendor (Delite Okinawa) for checking at their workshop. After one week I was informed that battery performance is degraded and is accepted for warranty replacement case.
Following this for 2 months, no replacement was provided and my scooter was dead.
Finally, I received back the old battery only and I was informed that repairing work is done to improve the battery performance.
But performance with the repaired battery has even reduced to 20 Km/Charge.
I again contacted the vendor(Delite Okinawa) but now the vendor is not even receiving my call. Such uncivilized behavior with customers!
I feel miserably cheated by Okinawa Scotters via Delite Okinawa Ahmedabad. I am extremely irritated on wasting my valuable money and time!

β β β β β I have to visit okinawa showroom every 15 days just to ask them when they will solve the battery issue. I have issue with battery as well as remote is not working will not recommend the dealer as well as okinawa praise pro.
