Their approach is to proactively suggest best product and not the most expensive product only in addition a small chit chat with staff and management makes one leave the outlet on a very happy note.
Will strongly recommend to family n acquaintance..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very aptly named shop: they sure know how to DELIGHT the customer. Very friendly, well trained and skilled staff. They have excellent computerized state-o-the-art testing facilities. Great product range; from budget to high-end premium, branded eye-wear and hearing aids. I now stay in the other end of the city but would rather travel 40 km to these guys than trust anyone else for my optical and aural requirements !
