The management staffs are very friendly .
I think delius is growing really fast in marketing feild also in the manufacturing terms . Its really good and secured place to work with them . Only one thing bothered me that sales team managers are really pressurising Field workers.

IN GORAKHPUR . BEFORE DELIUS I HAVE WORKED IN ALKEM AND ABBOTT PHARMA BUT I FEEL PERSONALLY DELIUS IS VERY BEST COMPANY IN (UTTAR PRADESH ) I'M VERY HAPPY WITH MY FIELD WORK EXPERIENCE BCZ DELIUS HAVE VERY STRONG AND CLEAN MARKET REPUTATION . FINALLY I WOULD SAY THIS IS BEST COMPANY ALL THE MEMBERS ARE VERY NICE AND SUPPORTIVE WHOLE TEAM IS GREAT !
