Sent it for power button and they returned after repairing along with broken(scratched) outside cover part and claimed that it was already like that which was completely fine when we gave it.
Avoid this service centre and save your laptop!

They charge Rs 1000 from me but couldn't repair the desktop.
When I object they demanded double amount .
They didn't even issue me receipt nor given any diagnosis report. Ultimately, I paid 1000 to get my system back.
Never go to such place.
They are ruining the image of Dell

My laptop fan is not working so he advised me go to local market and fixed it. I told please replace here I pay whatever your charges, then he says laptop put here n come after two months that after I will replace.
So, same day I gone to Wazirpur market and replace fan then he says now mother board not working needs to change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when i say about bluescreen problem and gpu not showing they refuse to repair laptop and say to reinstall ram and also say to go to nehru place service center. why i have to kamla nagar service to center to nehru place around 25 km.
