★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought so many different brands of laptops over the years and Dell is clearly the best brand. Every laptop I have bought from Dell has met my expectations. Dell makes good quality laptops. I just bought the Inspiron 15 5000 laptop and it's AMAZING! It's FAST and I LOVE it! The keyboard lights up too. Thank you Dell! I will never buy any other brand of computer except Dell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given a negative rating if possible. My laptop was not in a recoverable condition, this is a fact. But this person charged Rs. 500 just for checking and telling me this and he took 1 week for that. This person didn't even returned one of the recovery CD simply by denying he took it. And the laptop was returned in a much worse condition. Later when I gave my laptop to another professional service center, they told me after checking that one of my RAM was missing, parts were not properly fixed after opening. Now I doubt if my laptop was not recoverable at all or has this person destroyed it completely after taking it. WORST EXPERIENCE. NOT RECOMMENDATING AT ALL.
